Victory Badges will accept returns of products sent in error. Customers have the choice of requesting an exchange for the correct item or a full refund.

Victory Badges will generally not accept returns for products damaged or broken in transit. However, if it can be shown that inadequate packaging was the cause then items purchased will be replaced upon return.

Victory Badges will ensure products are correctly described. However, if it can be shown that the item description was incorrect or misleading a full refund will be given up return of the item.

All returns need to be properly and securely packaged and sent to the address below in their original condition and packaging.
